On Thursday night, local psychedelic garage rock band Blade Palace rocked the Belltown Yacht Club to  celebrate the release of their new EP, Disconnect. Two-piece band Mud On My Bra opened the show with ear-nibbling punk, garage, and surf sounds. [b r a c k e t s] filled the middle set with their heavy hard rock sound. Blade Palace finished the night with a high energy performance of their new EP.

Mud On My Bra is comprised of guitarist Aria Mud and drummer Myla Mud.

[b r a c k e t s] starts the middle set. From left to right, drummer Aaron Ball, vocalist Michael Gill, and guitarist Josh Goodman. 

Gill is the vocalist and synth player for [b r a c k e t s].

Chris Rasmussen, bassist for [b r a c k e t s], pounds out a powerful, driven bass line.

Gill croons out some psychedelic vocals.

[b r a c k e t s] is a rock band out of Seattle.

Rasmussen gleams during a bass solo.

Gill sings the chorus while Ball plays a hypnotic rhythm.

Sweat drips off Rasmussen's nose and brow.

Goodman plays a crunchy rhythm.

[b r a c k e t s] ends their set.

Blade Palace starts their set with the single “Tone Deaf” from their new EP, Disconnect

Wilkey closes out the night with a rumbling bass line.
