On Thursday night, the Tractor Tavern held a host of grunge-influenced local acts. Punk quartet Matriarch started off the night, followed by punk/rock ‘n’ roll group Beverly Crusher. Wild Powwers headlined the show with their grunge-y psych-rock. All three bands brought a massive amount of energy and a solid amount of hair flips. The night doubled as a gear drive for Rain City Rock Camp for Girls.

Matriarch starts off the night's benefit concert for Rain City Rock Camp for Girls.
Drummer Malia Alexander destroys on drums.
Marietta Crockett wows the audience with her incredible guitar riffs.
Backed by Crockett's sweeping guitar, vocalist Rachel LeBlanc crushes the mic.
The audience fell in love with this brash quartet.
Matriarch left everyone out of breath with their stunning performance.
Beverly Crusher, fronted by Cozell Wilson, with bassist Max Stiles and drummer Sam Stiles, start off the second set.
With his glowing guitar, Wilson leads the band with stylistic flair.
Max lends his vocals to some brilliant, raw harmonies.
Throughout the set, Sam showed his ecstatic enthusiasm.
Max wields his bass with indulgence.
Ending their set, Beverly Crusher live up to their namesake, leaving folks feeling rejuvenated.
Closing out the evening was Wild Powwers, with bassist Jordan Gomes (left), powerhouse Lupe Flores on drums and vocals (center), and guitarist and vocalist Lara Hilgeman (right).
Gomes focuses on his exceptional work.
With sweeping guitar and inviting vocals, Hilgeman dazzles.
Flores's wind-blown hair is hypnotic during her radical performance.
Gomes uses several peddles to striking effect.
Between moments of brash intensity, Hilgeman brings it down to something a bit more melodic.
Flores's passion for her art is undeniable as she wails on her kit and our hearts.
