The Tractor Tavern was abuzz with acoustic vibes and girl power Thursday night. Neo-soul artist Payge Turner opened the night with a few musician friends to help her out, and The Two Tides took home the middle set with their upbeat brand of folk-rock. Indie-pop quartet Datenite finished out the set with sparkly tunes and outfits.

The night starts with neo-soul Seattle artist, Payge Turner. Turner skillfully blends a modern r&b sound with an alternative feel. Her emotional lyrics and soulful voice created an experience that moved the audience.
Jerett Samples joins Turner with an iconic blue guitar.
Originally from Kansas City, Turner brings a little bit of the South to the PNW.
Seattle folk group The Two Tides got their start in 2018, when life-long musicians Sarah O’Dea (left) and Maddy Smith (right) came together. Later on, they added Jesse Gallaway as their bassist and Jordan Otto on drums.
Callaway on the bass.

O'Dea showed off her musical talents by playing many different instruments throughout the night, including the trumpet pictured here.

The group of artists combines resonating harmonies and powerful lyrics with soft rock and jazz vibes to create a unique folk-rock sound.  Pictured here, Smith on vocals and guitar.

Spence Hood, joining The Two Tides on keys, is the newest member of the group.
Datenite is an indie-pop band that creates an upbeat sound with dancey beats, catchy lyrics, and a folk-rock twist. The band’s goals is to get people to move and "embrace your feelings."

Devon Dodgson shares her powerful vocals.

The night comes to a close with all the women coming together to perform a final acoustic song. Background: Maddy Smith. Foreground: Dodgson, Payge Turner, and Steinle.
