On Friday, October 19th, New York’s Max Pain and the Groovies headlined a psych-rock evening featuring Seattle’s Acid Tongue and MuerteMen. Acid Tongue, a garage rock core-duo composed of Guy Keltner and Ian Cunningham, recorded its debut album, Babies, in Seattle and Portland. MuerteMen is, quite literally, a band of (Muerte) brothers: drummer Stefan, bassist Jason, and guitarist Dan Muerte.
